BodyTalk uses muscle checking and neuromuscular biofeedback, which can be done remotely (just like your nervous system reacts to a stressful email, not only in person). You relax in your own space, I do the session from mine, and we debrief after. The results are just as real—sometimes even more so.
You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table. I’ll use light tapping, subtle techniques, and focused attention to help your body’s systems reconnect and communicate more clearly. We might uncover emotional patterns, physical imbalances, stored trauma, or belief systems that are ready to shift.
It’s quiet, intuitive, and often surprisingly emotional—or not, we follow your body's lead. Some people cry, some people sleep, some leave feeling clear-headed or like they've just done six months of therapy in an hour. No two sessions are the same—and that’s what I love about it.
You don’t need to show up live, but if you prefer it, we will connect using Google Meet. I tune in remotely and record your session, working with your body’s priorities using BodyTalk protocols and energetic biofeedback (yes, even from a distance—it’s weird, but it works).
Once the session is complete, I’ll send you a voice recording via email, including everything that came up: what we cleared, what shifted, and what your system is asking for next. You can listen when you're ready—whether that's right away or during your next existential bath.
